Fathom - Retro feel in flash

Postby Mattias Gustavsson on Sun May 24, 2009 3:11 pm

I came across a nice looking, but on the whole a bit weird, flash game by Adam "Atomic" Saltsman, called Fathom:

You can try it at http://adamatomic.com/fathom/

The game have been made with Adam Atomic's own Flixel technology, which is a framework for making pixel-games in flash. Rumor has it that it will be released in the next few weeks: http://flixel.org/

Far-freaking out game! ...is it possible to "win" or "exit" the underwater prison?
I found some green thingy waaay deep in the water and then it grew into some weird alien tree thingy...
bizarre and coolest flash game I've ever seen! Kudos to the developers! :D

I think so, but I'm not sure... I got as far as that too (the weird growing tree-like thing), but then I didn't know what to do next... maybe that triggers something to open elsewhere?
